At Ria's German Treats, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent.

Have reasonable prices.
To have as many Items as possible imported from Germany to have them be original products.
Bring our Customers back some of the memories they have from their Childhood.

Shipping Policy
How It Works
We ship the Items with USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail with 1-3 Days delivery(per USPS)
Returns
Our Policy is
If you receive an Item that was damaged during transport we are more then happy to replace that Item, minus the shipping. Just send it back to us within 7 days from the day that you received it and we will send you a new one or reimburse you the Money, minus shipping.
We can even give you store credit if you like for the amount of the item and you can buy another Item with the same prize.
All we ask is that you send us an e-mail to let us know.
